|Recommended: YesIncredible — It’s an awesome community with the best of facilities. It feels like I’m living in a nice hotel
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment No Parking — The apartment is a great place to live. It's very clean and well built. With the private bedrooms, it's private when you want it to be, but The Village is very social as well when you want it to be. The biggest downsides are the price and the lack of parking. There is underground parking, but there are not nearly enough available spots for all residents, so you'll be on the waiting list for quite a while. When you do eventually get a parking spot, expect to pay a pricey fee.
|Recommended: YesI really like it. — They should move here because it provides a lot of things that other places do not have.
|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed my time at the Village — Great location that is close to campus. Social complex. Good quality apartments.
|Recommended: YesBetter than what I expected — This place is clean, lively and very close to the uvx station as well as BYU campus. There is a grocery store at a walking distance in case of emergency. People of the community are friendly and they have regular activities for the village society. I really like the option of have a free gym as well as a pool to relax in my free time
|Recommended: YesOverall good experience — I'm from the East Coast, so I am comparing The Village to that, but this place is very clean, well built, well taken care of, has its own pool and social scene, and cheaper than my last place. Kitchen is nice, furniture is simple and does the job. Only things I would have be improved is more parking spaces.
|Recommended: YesGreat Property — Very nice having a pool, a hot tub and also sodalicious with food.
Near to BYU campus
Only one improvement the gym, too small
|Recommended: YesSuch a fun place — The village is honestly one of the best places to live at. It's super social and everyone there is super friendly. The apartments are probably one of the nicest in Provo. It is a little bit more expensive than most but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.
|Recommended: YesPretty nice. — Nice, with a lot of social perks, but parking is terrible.
|Recommended: YesExcellent — Absolutely the best appointment I've ever been.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice — They have very nice facilities. If I were to do it again, I could not pick room D as there is a weird layout and would make sure I got a view from my window everyone in my apartment looks at a wall .
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex in Provo — We have been amazed at every turn by this amazing apartment complex. It started with the great staff that helped us reserve a room sight unseen months before our son returned from his mission. Then we went the first day and found organized friendly staff helping us. The apartment is absolutely 5 stars and so much better than we ever expected. Very large floor plans with very clean hallways and grounds. The carpets looked like new, and yet the first month they replaced the living room carpet because it was part of their up keeping the property. The communication between staff and occupants is exceptional. I can not praise this complex enough. I know my son wants to stay here his entire time at BYU. He has told us multiple times that he could have never asked for anything to be any better than it has all been. Thank you Village at South Campus. You folks are really doing everything right You are the best
|Recommended: YesGreat — It's expensive but you pay for what you get.
|Recommended: YesClean, Well Kept place — One of the nicest student complexes. It's clean and well kept, Maintenance orders are done very quickly. Parking is not fun. I've been on a wait list for a spot, yet the garage seems half empty every night. Street parking gets very tricky in the area. It's also very loud. Students stay in the courtyard late hours every day, so if your room has a window facing that way it's pretty bad. Everything in the rooms itself are great.
|Recommended: YesThis is an AMAZING place to live — I moved out here and lived at the village for two years and I loved every minute of it. I met my best friends here and I would not have wanted to start my college experience any where else. You would never regret living here It is a good place with good people.
