submitted by Kyle M. - |Recommended: YesThe Village has changed my mind — When I first lived at The Village 2015-2016 , the property management company was terrible. The apartments and amenities have always been nice. Now it is an awesome place to live and the property management company is really nice and helpful They are very flexible with you.
response from property -Thank you, Kyle! We've been working really hard to make The Village the perfect place to live. Your words help reassure us that we are on the right path!
submitted by Asia C. - |Recommended: YesAll Living places have pro's and con's — If someone were to ask what it is like living here, I would tell them that every place has its good and it bad, but The Village at South Campus was definitely good. The staff is definitely nice and easy to work with. They are always willing to help out their residents. I didn't really need maintenance a lot, but the two times that I did need them they were great. They showed up in a timely manner and fixed the problem right away with no trouble. As for the social part of the village, it can be hard to make friends because sometimes everyone is in their own bubble. Lucky for me, I hit it off really well with one of my roommates and I didn't have to look to hard to find other friends. Other than that, social life is fine. The only down fall of the village is that parking is hard to come by. I say that if you know you will have a car when you come to live here, put yourself on the waiting list ahead of time by like months because that's how long it will take you to get to the top of it. Overall, I would recommend living at the village. Plus they have great amenities like a restaurant, pool, and gym. All of those places could be perfect for meeting new people
response from property -Hi Asia! We really appreciate that you took the time to share your experience. The details you shared will help us to improve the living experience of so many residents, just like you. Thank you!

Due to the carona virus I had t move home earlier than my contract expired but they helped me work it out and get me out of my contract. Even though it was a little pricey it was worth every penny
response from property -Hi Cobe. We were really happy to work with you during this challenging time. Thanks for being part of our community here at The Village at South Campus!
submitted by Dylan R. - |Recommended: YesHigh End with minor set backs — It is the best place you'll find south of BYU for the price and what you get. I love having my own private bedroom and the unit itself has slightly higher end materials installed than the other apartments nearby. The only problem I have with the apartment is that the tap water never gets cold, the best you get is slightly colder than luke-warm. Also I don't know if this is just my bed frame but I can't adjust the height
response from property -Thank you, Dylan. We're happy to hear that you have enjoyed your experience here. As for the concerns, we appreciate your honesty and will work hard to continue to improve in all areas.

submitted by Hannah C. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I totally recommend The Village. I've had a great experience here. Parking is WAY too expensive haha, and the walls are kinda thin, but overall it's a lovely place to live. Maintenance is very quick, which is SUCH a relief.
response from property -Hannah! Wow, thanks for the review! Our maintenance team works really hard so we're happy that you noticed! We hope to continue to make this a great place to live for all of our residents.

submitted by Natalia J. - |Recommended: YesI LOVE THE VILLAGE AT SOUTH CAMPUS — I talk up this apartment complex to all my friends
submitted by Samuel A. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, and fun atmosphere — good private rooms to study, but lots of social events
submitted by Devin F. - |Recommended: YesOverall Good Place — No matter where you live, the main thing to me is having good roommates. I definitely love my roommates and the overall experience. I would highly recommend living here for at least part of your college or single life experience.
submitted by Morgan K. - |Recommended: YesBest place to live — The village is the best place to live, but try and get a parking spot in the garage because there's never close parking around. If I ever forget my key I can't use the elevator from the garage. Hot tub is always poppin. Washer and dryer have ruined some of my clothes and rattles SOOO loud so don't expect to wash clothes at night. Couches are ugly and uncomfortable. It's definitely the nicest place to live in provo though.
